i don't start your comm until i receive the full payment.

if your comm hasn't been started in 90 days you can ask for a full refund.
if your comm has been started you get a 50% refund.
if you don't like your commission and want it changed that will be a fee of 50% of the original payment price ( not including tip. )
first TWO changes to a commission are free. after the second change it's a $15 charge to make more changes to the commission. ( this is $15 usd for every change made after the second. )
if you can't be respectful, i can cancel your commission and i keep 100% of your payment for wasting my time.
